OnBoard℠  is an immersive two-day professional development program offered in partnership with SellersEaston Media Co-CEO Pattie Sellers for Fortune 500® companies and their star and emerging-star leaders. Pattie co-founded SellersEaston Media following a successful career with Fortune Magazine where she created Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Women rankings, co-founded, and chaired the annual Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit through 2020, and oversaw the Fortune U.S. State Department Global Women Leaders Mentoring Program Partnership and the Goldman Sachs-Fortune Global Women Leaders Award.

OnBoard℠

OnBoard℠ is a curated program that demystifies the opaque governance landscape and imparts a deep understanding of the responsibilities, structure, and mechanics of corporate board service. Through interactive workshops participants develop their brand, go-to-market collateral, and strategic and tactical methodologies to identify and secure board directorships. The strategic roadmap against which participants execute heightens market visibility thereby increasing the probability of joining a board that is professionally enriching and adds value to their companies.

Stephanie Katris

Stephanie has more than 30 years’ experience building and growing innovative businesses in consulting, technology, and legal and financial services. She has a successful track record of advising companies from start-ups to Fortune 1000® companies.

She founded The Katris Group in 2015 after establishing the Board of Directors practice at a boutique executive search firm. She began her career with Heidrick & Struggles prior to being recruited to Citadel LLC, one of the world’s largest and most successful alternative asset managers. Partnering with Citadel founder Ken Griffin, Stephanie developed the firm’s first talent management, recruiting, and compensation strategies resulting in exponential global growth across the enterprise for its stakeholders and shareholders.

After Citadel, Stephanie joined VISANOW as one of its first C-suite executives. VISANOW is an employment-based immigration services provider that combines legal expertise and proprietary technology. She established and led recruiting and built the human capital and administrative infrastructure for the company—the only enterprise platform that eliminates the friction and offers companies a transparent, seamless, elegant solution for hiring and managing highly skilled global workforces. VISANOW was acquired by General Catalyst Partners and was rebranded Envoy Global.  

Stephanie earned a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and a JD from Northern Illinois College of Law. She serves as a Faculty Member of World 50’s Next Director Program.
